LIFE Peatlands Project

The LIFE Peatlands Project is a four year project starting in 2001. The Project is a partnership of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB), Forest Enterprise, Scottish Natural Heritage, Plantlife Scotland and the Forestry Commission. They are working together to restore priority areas of damaged peatland. This website contains information on peatlands, bogs.
