This section of the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) website gives access to a series of food information sheets on health and safety in the food and drink industry, downloadable with Adobe Acrobat software. Topics include general subjects such as noise, temperature and transport; slips, trips and falls; manual handling; equipment and machinery; and priorities for particular sections of the industry including fruit and vegetables, dairy, chocolate and confectionery, biscuit manufacturing, poultry, fish and meat processing, brewing and soft drinks. |
