Abstract/OtherAbstract :
Single cell of an unidentified, autotrophic Gymnodinium species., Cells are subovoid to fusiform ellipsioid in shape. The epicone is dome-shaped. The hypocone is subcylindrical and broadly rounded antapically. The cingulum is located premedian and is displaced by about twice its width. The sulcus deeply invades the epicone.
