Abstract/OtherAbstract:
Cover the Uninsured Week will kick off on May 1, with the number of uninsured set to grow another 25% through 2013, reaching 56 million Americans. With fewer employers willing to provide coverage to their employees, many fear the problem will get worse before it gets better. Richard Kronick, left, a professor at the University of California at San Diego, says we're no better off than we were 10 years ago.
