Abstract/OtherAbstract:
ABSTRACT: We report an extremely rare case of homicidal lithium battery ingestion in a neonate hitherto unreported in the medical literature. Although a definitive diagnosis was initially missed in the baby, the patient survived with no complications whatsoever even after retention of the said foreign body for 10 days.
