A clinical pathological study of a granulosa cell tumor with a fatal course: case report.

Abstract/OtherAbstract:
The authors report a case of a granulosa cell tumor with a rapidly fatal course in a young girl of 12. The pathological characteristics (a high degree of anaplasia) are analyzed and a critical review is made, stressing the particular aspects of the case as compared with others reported in literature.
