OBJECTIVE: This article illustrates an approach to MRI for hepatobiliary imaging in children. The indications, patient preparation, protocols, pulse sequences, and contrast agents will be highlighted. CONCLUSION: Significant advances in hepatobiliary MRI have allowed reliable, high quality imaging in a pediatric population. |
