In this article, the author analyzes the influx of breast implant class action lawsuits in the past decade. He discusses the responses of the medical community and the manufacturers as well as the impact the media has had on this issue. The author recounts the steps he took in his representation of the defense and examines the significance of these lawsuits for the industry and the general public. |
