Citron (2002) probably sums it up best when he states that generosity is the best strategy for corporate prosperity. He believes that the love you get from others as a person and a corporation is equal to the love you extend to others. It's really about creating communities of caring and missions of inclusiveness. And the way to make this all happen is to continually recharge our batteries by staying close to the beautiful stories of our organization that will undeniably warm our hearts and give us the energy to be generous. |
