We describe the case of a 66-year-old female patient in whom percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and stenting was performed in an anomalous right coronary artery arising from the ascending aorta above the non-coronary sinus of Valsalva using a 6 French Judkins JL5 catheter. The patient remained symptom free at 4-months follow-up. |
