Spermatocrit values of the epididymal fluid were determined in 8 buffalo-bulls by micropuncture technique. The spermatocrit index in caput and cauda epididymidis was 42.63 +/- 0.79 and 56.13 +/- 0.94 per cent respectively. Based on this study it was calculated that 13.5 per cent of the fluid is resorbed between caput and cauda epididymidis. |
