Abstract/OtherAbstract:
A case of a secondary carcinoma of the umbilicus is presented, for which no cause could be found. At laparotomy a stenosing adenocarcinoma of the ileum was resected. This is believed to be one of the first recorded cases of Sister Joseph's nodule being associated with carcinoma of the small bowell.
