Practices are inefficient in many areas of processing. Industry has an approach--Six Sigma--that works well. However, this process in its truest approach is not practical to implement in a medical practice. However, the philosophy of continuous improvement and developing an approach in any size medical practice can and will result in improvements. These improve ments will allow staff to focus on more important issues as well as improve the bottom line and cash flow. |
