Abstract/OtherAbstract:
The spectacular increase in broiler consumption from the 1930s to now is almost a straight line. Improvements in nutrition information, better genetic stock that considers consumers' preferences, good nutritional values, industrial innovations, and the Chicken of Tomorrow Contest have all contributed to providing a lot of healthy chicken to the consumers.
