Abstract/OtherAbstract:
The Florence Nightingale Foundation Trust awarded me a travel scholarship in 2012. This enabled me to undertake visits to link with a range of health and social care professionals, services and universities in Spain and America (Houston and Louisville), with the aim of exploring the nature and management of self-neglect in adults. Funds were provided by The General Nursing Council for England and Wales Trust and covered travel, accommodation and subsistence costs.
