Abstract/OtherAbstract:
Purkinje cell cytoplasmic autoantibody-Tr (PCA-Tr [in recognition of the original reporting investigator, Dr. John L. Trotter]) is an immunoglobulin G (IgG) biomarker of paraneoplastic neurologic autoimmunity associated with Hodgkin lymphoma. Neurologic presentations reported to date include cerebellar ataxia (common) and limbic encephalitis (rare).(1,2) Here we report a patient who presented with unilateral tonic (Adie) pupil, decreased taste sensation, and left foot pain.
