Abstract/OtherAbstract:
At times changes to products are beneficial to the consumer making a device easier or more convenient to use. The difficulty in adapting to modifications may be in the process of acquiring the product and learning to utilize and troubleshoot. There are other changes to products which demand one to utilize something different. This may prove a more challenging job to find a replacement than in learning to use a new product. This column includes products which have been developed to assist the consumer in a easier process and others to identify changing the process.
