primary liposarcomas of the lung are a rare occurrence, with fewer than a dozen reported in the literature(1-8) . Of these, only one dedifferentiated liposarcoma is described(7) . Here we present a second case of primary dedifferentiated liposarcoma of lung, in this instance demonstrating rhabdomyoblastic and chondroblastic differentiation.
