ABSTRACT: We present the case of a 65-year-old man with a pancreatic nonfunctioning neuroendocrine tumor causing main pancreatic duct obstruction that presented as excessive hyperglycemia. We considered the tumor elicited worsening of diabetes in this case, and we performed review of the relevant literature. |
