Osteoid osteoma is a benign tumor that can be seen in both cortical or cancellous bone. Radiographic appearance is usually diagnostic. It consists of a small nidus usually less than 1.5cm and a surrounding bony sclerosis. We present one case of osteoid osteoma with an unusual (nearly completely calcified) nidus. |
