Since the introduction of a new publishing process in January, ORTHOPEDICS has seen an increase in submissions of high-quality manuscripts. Through this new process, Feature Articles and Case Reports are reviewed and, if accepted, published, all within 10 weeks. In addition, one-page extended abstracts of those manuscripts are published with the full-text article online at
