Many cases of histologically distinct renal tumors occurring coincidentally in the same patient have been reported. We report the first case of a benign oncocytoma and a urothelial carcinoma occurring synchronously in the same kidney in a man who underwent radical nephrectomy for a suspicious renal mass. The patient subsequently underwent distal ureterectomy.
