Nail trichrome vitiligo: case report and literature review.

A 10-year-old boy, phototype V, presented with a 6-month history of a dark macula on his 2(nd) right toenail. The patient had been under treatment for vitiligo for the past three years with topical and systemic corticosteroids and phototherapy (UVB narrow band). The lesions on the skin fluctuated with periods of improvement and deterioration.. .
