Sometimes a hospital materials manager wonders if the parties with whom he contracts are really agreeing to the terms of the contract. Also occasionally there are facts which cause a question to arise as one's capacity to enter into a contract. These questions raise issues which are part of the foundation of our contract law. In this dialogue, Dr. Decker develops these basic issues. |
