Since our previous editorial,(1) the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) has published over 110 therapeutic articles with level of evidence (LOE) statements. This is a significant first step in the AAN's goal of eventually incorporating LOE statements with other types of articles, such as diagnostic, prognostic, causation, and population screening studies. |
