The Texas Medical Association regularly collaborates with the Litigation Center of the American Medical Association and State Medical Societies to present a united front in legal cases that might affect the practice of medicine in Texas and even the nation. The Litigation Center has been the medical profession's voice in legal proceedings across the country for 16 years by providing physicians with assistance and expertise.
