CONCLUSION: La NLPC en DDM a permis de traiter de façon sûre et efficace les calculs rénaux. Elle a offert plusieurs avantages : facilité d'installation et non-nécessité de changer la position, pas de compression thoracique, moins de contraintes anesthésiques, réduction du risque de plaie colique et possibilité d'accès simultané antérograde et rétrograde. |
