Hospital materials managers are often key members of a new construction or major renovation project management team. Those involved in such projects frequently find the experience traumatizing because they aren't prepared for the unexpected demands it puts on them. To minimize the mistakes and frustration associated with a construction or renovation project, the author provides a checklist of issues materials managers need to address when preparing for a project. |
