The 20th Annual International Cannabinoid Research Society (ICRS) symposium, held in Lund, Sweden, included topics covering new therapeutic developments in the field of cannabinoids. This conference report highlights selected presentations on drug design and discovery, Δ⁹-tetrahydrocannabivarin, inhaled dronabinol, the presence of cannabinoid receptor 2 in brain neurons, and the role of the endocannabinoid 2-arachidonoylglycerol in the brain.
