High-grade primary pulmonary B-cell lymphomas (high grade PPL-B) are rare aggressive lung malignancies, accounting for less than 0.2% of all primary lung cancers. They often present as a solitary mass with associated systemic symptoms, most commonly in immunosuppressed patients. We present a case of this unusual malignancy presenting in an immunocompetent individual as a necrotic mass. |
