Over the past two decades, the difficult hospital productivity puzzle of how to manage labor costs has evolved into a far more complex multidimensional Rubik's Cube. The complexity has been compounded by the creation of massive databases to capture all types of hospital information. The challenge is to make use of advances in IT to create more meaningful labor cost management tools. |
