Colonic lipomas are rare benign tumors usually occurring in the ascending colon. We present here a case of giant rectal lipoma measuring 11.5 cm in size with review of the literature. To the best of our knowledge, colonic lipoma exceeding 8.5 cm in size has not been reported previously. |
