Abstract/OtherAbstract:
CONCLUSION: Haematopoietic stem cell transplantation with unrelated donors results in similar GVHD, relapse and survival as compared to using sibling donors. Reasons for this may be improved tissue-typing techniques and supportive care and optimisation of the ATG dose.
