We report the formation of left- (M-helix) and right-handed (P-helix) nanoassemblies of a porphyrin-diaminopurine conjugate () templated by a single stranded oligodeoxythymidine () via directional hydrogen bonding. The supramolecular helicity can be controlled by the ionic strength, : ratio, and annealing rate. |
