The Texas Medical Association and the Texas Orthopaedic Association have prevailed in their lengthy legal battle with podiatrists over the definition of the foot. In August, the Texas Supreme Court denied the podiatrists' motion for rehearing of its earlier decision not to review an appellate court's rejection of the podiatry board's rule allowing podiatrists to treat ankle injuries. |
