Abstract/OtherAbstract:
Although there are some reports of pulmonary artery thrombosis in a non-patent ductus arteriosus aneurysm(1-3) , to our knowledge, this is a first report of fetal pulmonary thrombosis with a structurally normal heart. We report a rare case of fetal pulmonary thrombosis during the period of treatment with thoracoamniotic shunting for congenital chylothorax with hydrops, complicated by right heart failure and resulting in early neonatal death.
