Fanconi's anaemia in pregnancy. A case report.

Abstract/OtherAbstract:
Fanconi's anaemia associated with congenital anomalies is a rare aplastic anaemia occurring in childhood. No case of pregnancy occurring in the presence of this condition has previously been reported. The outcome of pregnancy in a patient with Fanconi's anaemia is described and guidelines for management of the disease in pregnancy suggested.
