Abstract/OtherAbstract:
The aim of this study was to analyse the dietary zinc, copper and iron intakes in haemodialysis patients and in healthy controls. A statistically significant lower intake of these elements was observed in the patients group. In particular, the copper intake was extremely low in that group, not reaching 40% of the recommended value.
