Atraumatic, spontaneous aortic rupture is a rare but potentially lethal event. In this report, we present two unusual cases of aortic arch pseudoaneurysm resulting from spontaneous aortic rupture. The appearance of aortic arch pseudoaneurysm and the rupture area was clearly visualized with echocardiography, as well as by three-dimensional reconstruction of multislice computed tomography (3DCT) images. |
