Midwest courts still continue to carry the brunt of the ethics caseload of interest to the nation as a whole, and by the slow pace they seem to be taking in moving the cases along, one wonders whether the load is a burden. The following articles update three ongoing cases, and then look at one study that tries to find out just how heavy the ethics caseload is for the lower courts. |
