ABSTRACT: Cornual pregnancies are a rare form of ectopic pregnancy that can be misdiagnosed as an intrauterine pregnancy via ultrasound. We report a 16-year-old adolescent girl with a cornual ectopic pregnancy and subsequent rupture in the emergency department.
