Abstract/OtherAbstract:
In a recent paper published in this journal, (Blasi et al., 2011), an approach for formulation optimization of lipid nanoparticles (NPs) intended for brain targeting has been proposed. In this note we show that according to our analysis and simulations, there are some discrepancies in the mentioned paper.
