Hepatic abscess is a known complication following packing for massive liver injury. Posttraumatic hepatic arterial pseudoaneurysms are rare. The trend in management in each individual complication has been toward minimally invasive techniques. We present a case wherein the two processes occurred together and were managed safely with a transcatheter approach. |
