Catheter Ablation of Idiopathic Ventricular Tachycardia. We present a 34-year-old woman with idiopathic ventricular tachycardia that resisted 2 previous attempts for catheter ablation and was successfully ablated in the myocardial extension within the noncoronary aortic cusp.
