A small caliber or significant tortuosity of radial artery (RA) may create difficulty in negotiating a 6F or 7F guide catheter while performing intervention through transradial approach. We describe a technique which helps tracking a guide catheter in such demanding situation for successful completion of procedure without increasing the chance of perforation and dissection. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. |
