Abstract/OtherAbstract:
Baby switching is a problem that has been underreported in the past but that can have the same impact on a healthcare facility as an infant kidnapping. This article discusses incidents of baby switching at various medical centers that have taken place in the past few years and the precautions being taken by those facilities as well as others to prevent such occurrences.
