Antioxidant and antimicrobial properties of various solvent extracts from Impatiens balsamina L. stems.

PRACTICAL APPLICATION: Our work indicates that the I. balsamina stem may be a good candidate as natural antioxidant and antimicrobial agents. It can be applied in food industry for preservation.
