Abstract Scientific session presentations ( http://apiii.upmc.edu/abstracts/2009_sci.cfm ) and electronic poster presentations ( http://apiii.upmc.edu/abstracts/2009_ep.cfm ) were conducted at the 14th annual international conference on Advancing Practice, Instruction, and Innovation Through Informatics (APIII 2009) on September 20-23, 2009, at the Marriott City Center Hotel, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
