Have you ever woken up from a dream and asked yourself, "What was that all about?" In her book Past Life Dreamwork: Healing the Soul Through Understanding Karmic Patterns, Dr. Sabine Lucas explores what she calls "soul bloodlines"--character traits, life issues, and talents--that are integrated subconsciously into our dreams and reveal valuable information about our past lives. These "soul bloodlines" also expose the forces occurring in our present lives, and when combined with our traits from past successive lives, they inevitably work to shape us as individuals in the reincarnation cycle.

This book focuses on five case studies, each of which is psychologically revealing in its own right and works to affirm the effectiveness of dream therapy. Through these studies, Dr. Lucas demarcates three versions of past life dreams--classic, informatory, and hybrid--and exhibits how to distinguish these from other dreams. Dreams and past life experiences are played out through the subconscious mind and help us to work through karma and trauma. Lucas explains that the integration of these experiences enriches the conscious self and helps us to understand the patterns of our psychic soul inheritance.

Dr. Lucas provides valuable insight not only into the five main case studies included in her book, but into our own dreams as well. Her astute interpretation of dream cycles provides the reader with possible explanations for our own personal dream experiences. No longer will you have to wake up perplexed from a night of dream-filled sleep; Dr. Lucas, through her powerful writing and vivid descriptive techniques, provides the answers to ease your mind.
