Full Text: Diane Todd Pace, PhD, RN, FNP, FAANP, Assistant Dean for Faculty Practice at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center/Memphis College of Nursing, was elected to the national Board of Trustees for the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) at their 19th annual scientific event in Orlando in September. Founded in 1989, NAMS is a nonprofit scientific organization whose Mission is to promote the health and quality of life of women through an understanding of menopause. Pace has been a member of NAMS since 1996. She is a Certified Menopause Practitioner (2002) with NAMS as well as a Certified Clinical Densitometrist with the International Society of Clinical Densitometry. Prior to joining the UT Health Science Center, Pace was Nurse Practitioner/Nurse Scientist with The Regional Medical Center at Memphis, The Health Loop.
